 If  I can meet a famous person it would be Becky G. I would want to meet her because I loved her and always support when I was younger, but as I grew older that love for her started to fade. Recently, I notice that she has been doing so much and she has been pursuing all her dreams. I was very proud of her. Now my love for her revived again. She shows me that she is so proud of background (Latina). And that makes me relate to her because I love being Latina too. She shows girls to be themselves, express who you are, and to never give up.  If I were to go out and have a full, day out with her I would want to go out and eat of course, go shopping, and go to six flags or some fun place like that. I would want her to remember me and all the fun things we did together. 

Happiness is my famiy who bring me joy every single day of my life. Happiness is my home. Warm, protecting and calm. When I was trying out for the conference volleyball team here at my school. ( A conference volleyball team is a volleyball team that only allows really advanced players on the team. In try-outs they decide whether or not you qualify to make the team. If you don't you will be cut off there list) I was very neverous and sacred I thought I was not going to make the team. It was my first time trying out for a volleyball team that made cuts and it was my first time trying out on a volleyball team in general. I never been on a volleyball team before so of course I was going to be scared. During try-outs I told myself to keep my head high, correct your mistakes, and to persevere.  So I did. A couple  of days later, we were allowed to know who made the team. When I checked for my name on the list and I saw it. Faceless is a book that I recently completed. I personally really enjoyed this book. I actually did not choose this book this time, I was actually recommended it by my teacher (Ms. Belkov). I'm glad she did because the book was really fascinating. The book is realistic fiction and romantic so I would suggest it to people who like those type of books I believe you will enjoy this one. So "Faceless" is about a sixteen year old girl named Maise and she goes through a life-altering traumatic event. That event was that one day she was on her daily run and she was running through a storm. She witnesses a tree getting stricken by lighting that tree ends up falling on power lines, and sparks started to fall all over her body. She was severely burned on her face and on her left side. She wakes up from a coma to find out that she has been in the hospital for a couple months and her face is ruined. Her face was so badly burned that she no longer has a nose, checks, and chin. S

This book is about a Chicago gangster named Al Capone. The book is a biography and it includes important dates and timlines of the events that occurred in his life. The biography talks about some adversities her faces and how he overcame them.  I would suggest this book to people who looked biographies and learning about people. I personally like this book because I have an interest in gangsters and criminal related things. 

My favorite Super Bowl ad has to be the one where the Mexican immigrants try to cross the border but Trump has already built the wall. This ad is my favorite because it is very sad but it portrays a lot of meaning to Mexican immigrants who have been through those things too. I believe it shows an important message because it shows US citizens how long and how tough it was for Mexican immigrants to come to the US. This can change the perspective of those who discriminate Mexican immigrants and therefore I believe it shows a powerful meaning and or message to all US citizens The message is that the Mexican immigrants have gone without food, water, clothing, med attention, and more just to be stopped by the wall. I also believe it shows that Mexican immigrants went through all the trouble and struggle just to get into a country that will discriminate and a shame them for their culture and well being. The best advice I have ever received has to be from my mom. My mom always gives the best advice. Sometimes it's funny, other times it's painful, but what they all have in common is that they are the truth. So, onto the point. My family and I were going through a lot at one point of my life. And we where all basically stressed out. My mom told me that we are just going through the worst. But, it soon will pass. What really got to me was when she said  "God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers." I really got touched when she told me that because she could have not said anything better than that. It really helped me persevere  through that challenge. Ever since that day , that has been my favorite quote.  This advice really helped my family and I go through that difficult time and we did conquer it. And the end result is that we came out strong. This book is about Egyptian, Hindu, Celtic, Greek, Roman, and Aztec gods and goddesses. I personally liked reading the Eygptian and Aztec deities. In this book it explains  how the myths or religions were created, why they were created, and when they were created. It also demonstrates that these religions and or myths have beeen practiced for many years. Scientists have found ancient artifacts of these religious practices carved into pyramids, caverns, etc. So the book basically talks about each and every myth precisely and accurately. I personally enjoyed the book because it talks about things Ilike such as learning about gods and goddesses. I would recommended this to anyone who likes learning about history and mythology.
