Famous Last Words- Katie Alender

Image
The book I recently completed was " Famous Last Words" By: Katie Alender.  The book is about a girl named Willa and she just moved into Los Angles from Connecticut. Her mom just got married to a famous director and he buys a house from a recently died actress named Diana Del Mar. While their stay at the house there seems to be a ghost haunting Willa, Willa does not tell her mom or her step-dad because she does not want to start any nonsense with them. Besides, she does not want to ruin her mothers relationship with her husband because Willa does not really do good with dads. It did not end well with her real one. I would recommend this books to others because it is not predictable and it is very cliff-hanging. I love it when books do that.

The Girl That Was Suppose to Die- April Henry

"The Girl That was Suppose To Die" By: April Henry  was a book I recently read. It took me three days to finish it. It was such a good book it was cliff hanging, crime thrilling, and a mystery book. This book is about a girl named Candace she woke up one day not knowing who she is, where she is, and how she got there. As she sets out to find some information about her self she is found that she is wanted to be killed. She does anything in her power to avoid leaving her unknown life. As she tries to escape she bumps into much more trouble along the way. She feels as if the world has gone against her. Until a teenage boy decides to help her find out who she is and where her family is. What I liked about this book is all the events that as occurred and how it goes into grave detail. What I dislike about this book is that it was rushed at the ending. The ending happen to fast, I felt like the ending should have been better. Other than that the book was good and I would recomme

My Throw-Back Blog

When I was crazy, loud, and very mischievous. My family use to call me little fire cracker in spanish because how crazy I was. Some of my favorite childhood memories are when we went to Florida for my cousins wedding. When my family went down to Wisconsin and we basically walked around, roast  marshmallows, and went to this swimming park. But sadly it was not Wisconsin Dells.  And finally every year we go to Navy Pier I don't know why but my best meomoreies are there. When my family from the Dominican or Florida, or Texas come we all go there and go on rides and eat all day. Although, I still have a long life ahead of me, I will always be a child at heart and I will always have good memories that will lift me up when I am feeling down.

Tips To Make Me a Better Blogger

Some tips I think that will be benificial to my blog and my blogging techniques are adding pictures and being more descriptive. I chose to use more images because I love non-boring and visual things and when I looked over my blog it looked extreamly boring without visuals. I think if I add images my blog will appear more attractive and entertaining. Another tip I believe I should follow on my blog is being more descriptive. When describing a visual I want my readers to see what I am seeing. I believe I should be more clear and descriptive when writing about a visual so my readers can be more understanding of what I am talking about. And therefore, those are all the things I want to work on to make my blog even more.

My Dream Trip!

Puerto Rico. Nice blue crisp waters, beautiful islands, and fascinating people. Those are the things that come to mind when I hear Puerto Rico. I want to know how it looks like where I am from. I am interested in the culture and how it is there. I learned about Puerto Rico from my family although it was mostly my dad. He loves talking about Puerto Rico and how it looks and smells there, he also likes talking about what  type of animals you see on a daily basis there that you would not see here in the U.S. I always hear how nice it looks, but I would like to go and expirence it myself. When I'm there I am going to try to do everything I can. For example I hope to go  snorkeling underwater with sea turtles, zip-lining down by San Juan, and walking on the beautiful beaches. And when I come home I'm going to tell my dad everything I did and brag about it to him. Though if I were to travel there I would not want to go alone I'd probably take my mom or a best friend  because I&#

Character Analysis From "The Outsiders"~ SodaPop Curtis

Image
SodaPop Curtis is the second eldest brother out of the Curtis brothers. He is movie-star handsome and is very sweet. Soda is a high school drop out and he is not proud of it. He works at the DX gas station so he can make a living for his other brothers. SodaPop is a very optimistic person he is always smiling or joking around. He is really not good at disciplining his brother PonyBoy like the eldest brother Darry is. SodaPop really does not take life serious he lives for the moment but he is serious when it comes to important  situations. SodaPop Curtis changed throughout the book by acting more of his age and controlling over his brother PonyBoy because he does not want his brothers life to be endangered ever again. I like everything about SodaPop but some key things I like about him are, his personality and his perspective on life. He is so happy go-lucky, he likes to make a game out of everything, and I think It's very important to surround yourself with people like him.
