I Am The Messenger - Markus Zusak

"I Am The Messenger" is a book about a guy who is 19 years old and does not live an eventful life. His life is pretty boring he is a cab driver, he plays card games (which to mention he is not really good at) almost every night, and he likes his best friend who he will never get. Soon his life gets eventful when he is caught between a bank robbery. That is when it all starts. Soon after the incident happened he gets a playing card in the mail it lists a few things. (I will not tell you because you need to read the book to find out.) After he figures out what the things stand for, he receives many more playing cards until he has all the aces to each suit.

I would suggest this book to people who like realistic fiction and mystery. Overall, the book was really enjoyable and I could not stop reading it, if you do think about reading the book I recommend that you do it in a time that you read when your entire day is free and all you can do is relax and read for awhile because this book always leaves you hanging. I really couldn't enjoy the book to the fullest because I kept stopping due to my family always being busy.
